2012 UK Open Last 32

Van Der Voort 7-9 Huybrechts: The Belgian had to withstand a mini comeback from the Dutchman. Huybrechts was 8-5 up before Van Der Voort moved to within a leg via a 92 check-out on the bull. But Huybrechts held his nerve and won the game courtesy of an 111 check-out.
Colin Lloyd 8-9 Joe Cullen
Dennis Smith 5-9 Dave Chisnall
Andy Hamilton 5-9 Raymond Van Barneveld: The Dutchman maintained his favourite status with this win. Two consecutive 109 check-outs set him on his way to a 6-1 lead. Hamilton responded with a 170 finish in the ninth leg and managed to bring it back to 8-5. But Barney would hit a 126 check-out on the bull to finish the match off in style.
Justin Pipe 5-9 Simon Whitlock
Robert Thornton 9-7 Gary Anderson
Colin Osborne 1-9 Phil Taylor: The Power sent out another message with yet another thrashing. Poor Colin Osborne didn't play too badly but his doubles let him down. It was 8-0 before Osborne prevented the whitewash.
Richie Burnett 4-9 Peter Wright
Brendan Dolan 8-9 Denis Ovens
Paul Nicholson 9-3 Monk
Wes Newton 9-7 Adrian Lewis: The World Champion exits the tournament in a tight fought match. Every time Newton broke the throw, Lewis would break straight back. That was until Newton broke again in the 15th leg before finally holding to take the match.
Mark Hylton 7-9 Jamie Caven
Darren Webster 6-9 Ronnie Baxter
Terry Jenkins 9-3 Dean Winstanley
Michael Van Gerwen 9-7 Mervyn King: The young Dutchman comes from 3-0 down to make it into the last 16. King produced a 102 finish in the third leg before Van Gerwen produced a 170 to make it 7-4. King brought it back to 7-6 before Van Gerwen finished the job.
Dennis Priestley 9-8 Andy Smith
