Sports Personality of the Year 2010



Congratulations to AP McCoy for winning the 2010 BBC Sports Personality of the year. The accolade comes after McCoy finally won his first Grand National after fifteen attempts. Fifteen time World Champion darts player Phil 'The Power' Taylor came second with Heptathlon Champion Jessica Ennis in third.

Colin Montgomerie won coach of the year after seeing Europe win the Ryder Cup, the European team were named team of the year. Diver Tom Daley won Young Sports Personality of the year while David Beckham picked up the Lifetime Achievement award.
